How Old Is Stephen Jones Of The Dallas Cowboys

So, you're wondering, "How old is Stephen Jones of the Dallas Cowboys?" Well, grab a coffee, let's chat about this.

First things first, who's Stephen Jones? If you're a Cowboys fan, you probably know him as the team's executive vice president. But if you're not, don't worry, we won't hold it against you. Let's dive in.

Born with Football in His Blood

Stephen was born on March 22, 1969, in Dallas, Texas. That makes him a 53-year-old Aries, if you're into that astrology stuff. But what's really interesting is that he was practically born into the Cowboys' organization. His dad, Jerry Jones, bought the team in 1989, when Stephen was just a teenager.

Imagine growing up with a dad who's the owner of one of the most iconic NFL teams. It's like having a dad who's the principal of the coolest high school ever. You're bound to get involved somehow, right?

From College to the Front Office

Stephen graduated from the University of Arkansas in 1991. Now, you might be thinking, "Wait, isn't that where his dad went to college too?" Yes, yes it is. Coincidence? I'll let you decide.

After college, Stephen joined the Cowboys' front office in 1995. That's right, he's been with the team for over 27 years. That's longer than some of us have been alive! He started as the director of player personnel and has since worked his way up to his current role.

More Than Just a Job

For Stephen, working with the Cowboys isn't just a job, it's a family affair. He's not just the executive vice president; he's also the chief operating officer and the director of player personnel. That's like being the principal, the vice principal, and the coach all rolled into one.

He's been instrumental in the team's drafts and free agency moves. He's the one who helps bring in the players you love (or love to hate) and helps shape the team's strategy. It's a big job, but someone's gotta do it, right?

Beyond the Football Field

When he's not busy with the Cowboys, Stephen likes to keep active. He's a big fan of hunting and fishing. He's also involved in various charitable organizations, including the NFL's Crucial Catch campaign, which raises awareness for cancer prevention.

So, there you have it. Stephen Jones is 53 years old, a Cowboys lifer, and a busy man. Now, go ahead, impress your friends with your newfound knowledge. Just don't tell them we had this little chat over coffee.
