Will There Be Another Season Of The Royals On Netflix

Spilling the Tea on "The Royals" Season 4

Hey there, Netflix bingers! You're probably here 'cause you're dying to know if our favorite dysfunctional royals are coming back, right? Well, grab your popcorn and let's dive in!

First things first, "The Royals" wrapped up its third season back in 2017. I know, I know, it's been ages, and we're all craving some more drama in the royal palace. So, what's the deal with season 4?

So, What's the Scoop?

Alright, let's address the elephant in the room. As of now, Netflix hasn't officially renewed "The Royals" for another season. I can see you're already reaching for the tissues, but hold on, it's not all doom and gloom!

Remember, it's been a while since season 3 aired, and Netflix tends to take its sweet time with renewals. Plus, they've got a whole kingdom of shows to keep track of. So, let's not lose hope just yet, yeah?

But What About Those Rumors?

You might've heard whispers about the show's future. Some say it's been canned, others swear they've seen the royal family filming in secret. Truth is, there's been no official word from Netflix or the show's creators.

Now, I'm not one to spread rumors, but I've heard that the show's cast and crew have been pretty tight-lipped about the whole thing. Could they be hiding something? Or are they just as clueless as we are?

What We Know So Far

Here's what we can confirm. "The Royals" was a hit for E! in the US, and Netflix snapped up the international streaming rights. So, it's safe to say there's an audience out there eager for more royal drama.

Plus, the show's creator, Mark Schwahn, has hinted at having more stories to tell. In an interview back in 2017, he mentioned having plans for season 4. But, you know how plans go, right? They can change faster than Princess Eleanor's outfits.

So, Should We Hold Our Breath?

Honestly? I wouldn't. We've all been burned by cancellations before, and it's not fun. But, on the flip side, stranger things have happened. Remember when Netflix resurrected "Arrested Development"?

All I'm saying is, keep your fingers crossed, and maybe send a few royal waves Netflix's way. Who knows? They might just pick up on our royal vibes and bring back our favorite dysfunctional family.

What to Watch While You Wait

Alright, so you've re-watched "The Royals" so many times you can quote it like a Shakespeare play. What now? Well, why not check out some other royal-themed shows to tide you over?

Netflix has got "The Crown" for all your real-life royal drama, and "Bridgerton" for a Regency-era fix. And if you're craving some more fictional royalty, there's always "The Princess Switch" for a healthy dose of Christmas cheer and royal shenanigans.

And hey, if you spot any royal sightings or hear any whispers about "The Royals" season 4, you know where to find me. Until then, let's keep our royal hopes high and our Netflix queues full!
