When's the Big Day?

Alright, let's start with the basics. Spring Break 2026 is set to kick off on March 15 and wrap up on March 19. That's right, folks – a solid five days of R&R, just when we need it the most. But wait, you might ask, what about that mysterious Spring Recess that's happening a week earlier? Well, that's just a sneaky three-day break to give us a little taste of what's to come. Not too shabby, huh?

What's Cookin' During the Break?

Now, let's talk about the fun stuff! Ohio State's got a whole lineup of activities planned to keep us entertained. From movie nights under the stars to fitness classes that'll make you sweat (in a good way, we promise), there's something for everyone. And get this – they're even bringing back that popular escape room event! Remember last year when half of campus was trying to solve that mystery? Yeah, it's that one. Pretty neat, huh?

Off-Campus Adventures

From exploring the Scioto Mile to checking out the Columbus Zoo (hi, giraffes!), there's no shortage of adventures to be had. And if you're feeling extra adventurous, how about a day trip to Hocking Hills? Those waterfalls aren't gonna hike themselves, you know.

What About Classes?

Alright, let's address the elephant in the room. You might be wondering, "What about my classes? Do I really have to do that reading over break?" Well, the good news is, most professors are gonna give you a little breather. But remember, just because it's Spring Break doesn't mean you can completely forget about school. A little light reading never hurt anyone, right?
