Is Hobby Lobby Open On Martin Luther King Day

So, there I was, a few days before Martin Luther King Jr. Day, craving some crafty therapy. You know, the kind that involves glue guns, glitter, and a whole lot of 'Pinterest Fails' waiting to happen. I was itching to get my hands on some new supplies, and Hobby Lobby was calling my name. But then, the thought hit me like a paintball to the face - is Hobby Lobby even open on Martin Luther King Day?

When Life Gives You a Holiday...

I mean, don't get me wrong, I'm all for celebrating MLK Day. The man was a hero, and we should definitely take a day to honor him. But, you know, a girl's got her priorities. And those priorities involve hot glue and a whole lot of 'DIY' energy.

So, I decided to do what any curious craft enthusiast would do - I hit up the internet. I mean, if they can tell me whether or not the Pope is Catholic, surely they could tell me if Hobby Lobby is open on a holiday.

Hobby Lobby: The Holiday Schedule Enigma

Now, I've got to be honest with you, finding out Hobby Lobby's holiday schedule is about as easy as finding a needle in a haystack... while wearing a blindfold. The company's website is about as helpful as a chocolate teapot when it comes to this information. I mean, come on, Hobby Lobby! You're killing my craft buzz here.

But, after some serious digging (and a few choice words), I finally found something useful. It turns out, Hobby Lobby's holiday schedule is... well, it's a bit of a mixed bag.

The Great Holiday Schedule Conundrum

Here's the deal, folks. Hobby Lobby is closed on Easter, Independence Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. But then, it gets a bit... confusing. Some stores are open on New Year's Day, while others are closed. Same goes for Memorial Day and Labor Day. And don't even get me started on Columbus Day - some stores are open, some are closed, and some have reduced hours.

But, you know what? After all that digging, I finally found what I was looking for. And guess what? Hobby Lobby is open on Martin Luther King Jr. Day. Hallelujah!

So, What's the Moral of the Story?

Alright, so here's the thing. If you're anything like me, and you've got a serious case of the crafty cravings, you might want to give Hobby Lobby a call before you head out on a holiday. I mean, sure, their website could use a serious update, but at least they've got those store-specific phone numbers, right?

And hey, while you're at it, maybe pick up a little something to honor MLK while you're there. I mean, a crafty tribute to a civil rights hero? That's a Pinterest win if I've ever seen one.

So, there you have it, folks. Hobby Lobby is open on Martin Luther King Jr. Day. Now, if you'll excuse me, I've got some crafting to do. Happy creating!
