Recent Obituaries From The Wooster Daily Record
Alright, folks, gather 'round. We're about to take a little stroll down memory lane, Wooster style. You know how it is, life goes on, and so do the headlines in our humble little daily. So, let's raise a virtual cup of coffee to a few of our neighbors who've kicked the bucket recently. No need to get all somber, we'll keep it light, just like they would've wanted. After all, as my grandma used to say, "You can't take it with you, so you might as well laugh about it."
Meet Our Cast of Characters
First up, we have Earl "Biscuit" Johnson. Now, if you've ever had the pleasure of meeting Earl, you'd know he was about as subtle as a freight train. He was the kind of guy who could make a joke out of anything, even his own funeral. Remember when he "died" that one time at the senior center's talent show? Yeah, that was just a dress rehearsal. The man was a legend in his own right, and I reckon he's up there now, cracking jokes with the big man himself.
Next, we've got Mabel "The Mower" McAllister. Now, Mabel was a force to be reckoned with. She could mow her lawn faster than you could say "Jack Robinson." She was so good, she could've given those fancy lawnmower races a run for their money. She was always the first one on the block to have that perfect stripe pattern, too. I like to think she's up there now, mowing the clouds and making sure they're always nice and even.

And the Rest...
Then there's Harold "The Bookworm" Thompson. Harold was our local librarian, and he had a nose for a good book like a bloodhound has a nose for a scent. He could recommend a book to you that would change your life, and he'd do it with a twinkle in his eye and a story to go with it. I like to imagine he's up there now, in a library so big it makes the Wooster Public Library look like a closet. He's probably got a personal chat with Shakespeare going on right about now.
And let's not forget Agnes "The Bake-Off Queen" Baker. Agnes could bake a pie that would make you weep tears of joy. Her apple pie was so good, it was rumored that even the apples themselves would come back to life just for a taste. I bet she's up there now, giving the angels a run for their money with her famous recipe. I sure hope they've got some ice cream up there to go with it.

In Memoriam: The Wooster Way
So, there you have it, folks. A little walk down memory lane, Wooster style. It's not all doom and gloom, even when it comes to saying goodbye. We laugh, we remember, and we carry on. After all, that's what life's all about, isn't it? Living, loving, and leaving a little something behind for the rest of us to remember.
So, here's to Earl, Mabel, Harold, Agnes, and all the rest. You were a part of what made Wooster, Wooster. You'll be missed, but you'll never be forgotten. And who knows? Maybe one day, we'll all get to mow the clouds together. Until then, keep laughing, keep living, and keep making those headlines, one way or another.
