Time Travel to Season 2
Season 2 of Snowfall is set in 1984, when the Cold War was heating up, and so was the crack scene in South Central. So, let's do some math. Franklin's birthday is mentioned in Season 1, Episode 7 - he turns 19. Season 2 picks up a year later, in 1984. You got it yet?
Must Read
That's right! In Season 2, Franklin is 20 years old. He's still a young buck, navigating the treacherous waters of the drug game, trying to make a name for himself. But hey, he's got the brains and the charm to make it big, right?
Franklin's Growth
Now, you might be thinking, "20? That's just a baby!" Well, sure, but remember, Franklin's growing up fast. He's not your average 20-year-old. He's running a drug operation, dealing with the LAPD, and trying to keep his family safe. Talk about a crash course in adulthood!
And let's not forget, Damson Idris is killing it as Franklin. He's got the swagger, the smarts, and the emotional depth to make Franklin a character you can't help but root for, even when he's doing some... questionable things.
Why We Love Franklin
Despite all the drama and danger, there's something about Franklin that's just... endearing. Maybe it's his quick wit, or his loyalty to his crew, or his dream of making it big and getting out of the 'hood. Whatever it is, we can't help but be drawn to him.
And let's face it, watching Franklin navigate the crazy world of '80s LA is just plain entertaining. It's like a rollercoaster ride - you never know what's coming next, but you know it's gonna be wild!

Well, that's the million-dollar question, isn't it? Season 5 of Snowfall is on the way, and we can't wait to see what Franklin's up to. Will he finally make it big? Or will the game catch up with him? Only time will tell!
But hey, while we wait, why not rewatch Season 2 and appreciate the journey of our favorite 20-year-old drug dealer? Just remember, folks, this is a fictional story. Don't try this at home!
